On-Site Support Notice

When On-Site Assistance Is Required
Remote support is provided by default. When on-site assistance is considered necessary, GeePower may arrange an engineer based on the project requirements, location and schedule.
Applicable travel and service costs must be agreed in advance and are not covered by GeePower. The local partner is responsible for coordinating the arrangements with the end customer.

We welcome applications from energy storage distributors, solar wholesalers, installers, system integrators, EPC companies, project developers and energy solution providers. Applicants should have relevant market access, customer resources or local technical capabilities.

Europe is currently a priority market. Applications from qualified companies in other regions are also welcome and will be evaluated individually based on market fit, business capability and product requirements.

Yes. GeePower may work with multiple partners in the same country depending on market size, product scope, customer segment and regional coverage.

Qualified partners may have the opportunity to work toward exclusive distribution rights. Eligibility is evaluated based on market potential, sales performance, service capability, local coverage and long-term commitment. Any exclusive arrangement requires separate evaluation and a written agreement.

Minimum order requirements apply to residential energy storage products and vary by model and order configuration. Commercial and industrial energy storage cooperation is normally evaluated on a project basis rather than through a standard distributor MOQ.

GeePower does not currently operate a standard sample or demonstration-unit programme. Product evaluation and initial order arrangements can be discussed with our sales team according to the intended market, product requirements and cooperation plan.

Commercial terms are discussed individually according to the selected products, order quantity, target market and proposed cooperation plan. Distributor or project pricing is not confirmed solely through the submission of an application.

GeePower provides online product knowledge training, energy storage system configuration support, remote installation and commissioning guidance, after-sales guidance, and repair and maintenance instructions.

Remote technical support is provided by default. When on-site assistance is considered necessary, GeePower may arrange an engineer subject to the project requirements, location, schedule and prior agreement. Travel and service costs are not covered by GeePower and must be agreed before the visit.  

Local partners are expected to provide first-line customer communication, collect system information and conduct basic troubleshooting. They should also have an internal technical team or a reliable local installation and service partner. GeePower provides remote diagnosis, technical guidance and warranty assessment.  

Product quality issues confirmed to fall within the applicable standard warranty will be handled by GeePower in accordance with the relevant warranty terms. Warranty coverage may vary by product and does not automatically include issues caused by incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, improper operation or external system factors.  

  Yes. Non-exclusive GeePower partners may continue to sell other brands unless otherwise agreed in writing.

GeePower’s sales team normally responds to qualified and sufficiently complete applications within seven business days. Additional information may be requested during the review.

Yes. ODM, OEM and private-label requirements are handled through a separate cooperation process because they may involve product configuration, branding, packaging, certification and order-volume evaluation.
